Basement Mold Remediation/Demo in Phoenixville, PA

This basement wall needed some SERIOUS TLC!  The Property Manager called us, SERVPRO of North East Chester County, to provide the mold remediation, which is right in our wheelhouse!  Rigorously following the proper protocol for this type of remediation - including personal protective equipment to keep our technicians safe - we removed the affected drywall.  Luckily, we are also ready and able to facilitate this type of build-back, and used mold resistant drywall to safeguard against future growth.  After hanging, spackling, and floating, we applied a coat of anti-microbial paint to further seal the surface area.  Looks pretty good for a storage basement!
